What inspired this dining room edit?
Sometimes the hardest part of decorating is not finding one piece you love... it is figuring out what to put with it. I wanted to create a dining room look that felt collected, cozy, and realistic, so I searched through our Kitchen + Dining collection and pulled together a few pieces that naturally paired well.
The goal was simple: take a dining room from plain to styled with a few thoughtful layers. Think beautiful lighting, a finished tablescape, a little vintage farmhouse charm, and pieces that feel special without making the space feel overdone.
And honestly? This is one of my favorite types of home decor edits because it shows how a handful of affordable home decor pieces can completely change the feeling of a room.

What changed from the before to the after?
The before was simple and pretty, but the after had more character. The biggest change came from adding layers.
The wooden bead pendant chandelier instantly pulled the eye upward and made the room feel more designed. Then the table runner created a soft foundation down the center of the table. From there, the tray, candle holders, and LED taper candles added height, glow, and texture.

How can you recreate this look at home?
