Most frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
- Most of our steals leave the warehouse within just 3 business days, but some items do take longer to prepare! The estimated time it will take before an item leaves the warehouse is listed on the product page as well as your Order Confirmation email. Once an item ships, you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that sometimes our emails could end up in your junk or spam folder so please double check there! You can also track the status of your order here (link to order status on site) at any time!
I received one item but I'm missing my other item/order
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped in more than one package and on different days. Orders are not necessarily shipped in the order they are received as this will depend on the processing time (see above) which means an order placed on Wednesday may reach you before an order placed on Monday!
My order said it would ship in X days, but it is past that time and I do not see that it has shipped yet.
- If you have patiently waited the number of business days indicated that a product may take to ship and still have not received a Shipping Confirmation (or much time has passed since the order said it shipped and you have not yet received it) please submit a ticket HERE or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so our team can help troubleshoot!
