We went full Victorian on this one
Old-fashioned Father Christmas is having a moment, and we fell for it hard. The catch? Most of what we found was a flat print pretending to have depth. So we went looking for the real thing. Each plaque is raised in true bas-relief: a robed Santa with his walking staff and a sack of toys, or a stag mid-stride under a full rack of antlers, set inside an oval medallion with scrolled acanthus corners. The bronze-tone finish catches shadow the way carved wood does, and a plaid tartan bow tops it off.
At nearly 26 inches tall with the bow, it fills the wall over a mantel or entry table without trying. Comparable holiday plaques we tracked down ran up to $82.99, and those were printed. Ours is $56.99, with the hanger built right in. The plaid bow comes with each plaque, but the greenery and garland shown are for styling only and are not included.
