The Little Gem Magnolia is the compact version of the iconic Southern Magnolia — all the elegance, without the 80-foot footprint. You get glossy dark green leaves with a rusty-bronze underside for year-round interest, plus lightly scented white blooms that open throughout the summer and turn any yard into something worth looking at.
At 2 gallons in a grower container, it's ready to go straight into the ground or a large container. Thrives in full to partial sun, USDA zones 7–10. Matures to 15–25 feet tall — perfect as a privacy screen, patio anchor, or focal point in smaller spaces.
