Steal Her Style: Rachel @scenicway_farmhouse

We only started working with Rachel of @scenicway_farmhouse in March of this year, but it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with her kind personality, endearing Southern accent, and, of course, her style!

Rachel is one of those creators you can just tell genuinely has fun with what she does. Her creativity is inspiring, and we love that she’s always willing to try something new. Her home feels uniquely hers, with natural textures, vintage-inspired pieces, charming details, and little bits of personal touches layered throughout every room.

If I remember correctly, we first stumbled across Rachel’s account after seeing a post of her daughter’s room, and it immediately stopped us in our tracks. The natural textures, scalloped details, and sweet styling felt so effortlessly collected. And how could we forget the adorable little coat hanging from a shelf above the bed, styled alongside a sunhat, florals, and a purse? It was one of those spaces that felt thoughtful without feeling overly styled.

Since then, we’ve loved watching Rachel put her own spin on Decor Steals finds and seeing how she mixes affordable home decor with vintage-inspired pieces, farmhouse charm, and things that simply make her happy.

We thought it was time for you to get to know Rachel a little better, too!

How did you become a home decor influencer?

I’ve loved decorating for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I was constantly rearranging and redecorating my bedroom just for fun. Fast forward many years and three babies later, I decided to start sharing some of my home decor, gardening, and DIY ideas on social media—never imagining it would turn into what it has today. I’m so grateful and humbled that others want to follow along in my little creative corner of the internet. It’s become such an amazing community and an opportunity to connect with others who love the same things I do.

How did you discover Decor Steals?

I discovered Decor Steals while looking for vintage inspired home decor a few years ago.

What was your first steal?

My first steal was my giant wood corbels and I have been obsessed ever since.

What steal are you loving right now?

I am loving the vintage inspired tomato basket. I truly love old things, so the rusty little touch is right up my alley.

What does the Decor Steals' community mean to you?

I love this community and how we’re always willing to encourage and support one another. There’s no competition here—we’re simply here to be inspired by each other’s creativity and spark new ideas together.

What makes Decor Steals different?

I love that they’re always coming out with new products and fresh ideas instead of the same things every season. It keeps things fun and gives me something to look forward to with each season and holiday.

Why do we love Rachel’s style?

What we love most about Rachel’s home is that it doesn’t feel like it was decorated by following a formula. It feels collected, creative, and personal, which is exactly what we think makes a home interesting.

She mixes farmhouse and vintage-inspired decor with natural textures, unexpected finds, and charming little details that make you want to stop and look a little closer. More importantly, she reminds us that decorating should be fun. You don’t have to recreate someone else’s home exactly or stick to one specific style. Take the pieces you love, try something different, and make your home feel like you.

Be sure to follow Rachel at @scenicway_farmhouse for plenty of home decor, gardening, DIY ideas, and inspiration.
