What Supplies Do You Need for Lemon Rose Ice Cubes?
You'll need:
- Fresh lemons
- Mint leaves
- Silicone Cupcake Liners
- Cupcake Tray
- Water, soda, juice, etc.
Optional additions:
- Lavender buds
- Rosemary sprigs
How Do You Make Lemon Rose Ice Cubes?
Step 1: Slice the Lemons
Thinly slice your lemons into rounds. Then cut each round in half.

Step 2: Add the Ingredients to the Tray
Place slices in the silicone liners starting with the other edge and overlapping each slice. each ice cube compartment. To create the middle of the rose, take one slice and tightly wind it around itself. Place it in the middle. Add a few mint leaves alongside the lemon.

Step 3: Fill Liners
Place the liners in a cupcake tray. Carefully fill each compartment with your beverage of choice, filling the liner about 3/4ths full.

Step 4: Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer and allow the cubes to freeze completely, typically 2-3 hours or overnight.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Add the cubes to glasses of water, lemonade, iced tea, sparkling water, or summer cocktails for an instantly elevated presentation.
