• The rugs will arrive tightly rolled or folded and boxed depending on the size. Initial edge curling, fold marks or creases are normal and only temporary. These will fall out naturally over the next few days, however, you can use the following instructions to speed up and resolve the issue quickly.
  First, apply weight to the curling edges for several hours. If the curling or fold marks remain after weight has been applied, please tightly reverse roll the rug (pile side out) and leave the rug in a warm area for several hours/days.
  This will eliminate both the curling edges, fold marks or creases left from the shipping process
