What exactly is DECOR STEALS?

DECORSTEALS is a unique shopping experience that allows you to purchase home decorating items at a fraction of their retail price. We offer a unique decorating piece every day at prices up to 80% off retail. Starting at 10AM EST daily, there will be *ONE* new deal of the day and a few new extended steals for the pieces you loved but missed. Of course, if we get lucky and find more!

What are "Pick Steals"?

We get tons of emails everyday requesting us to offer deals on pieces that are unique that you cannot find elsewhere or pieces you have always dreamt of owning but they cost an arm and a leg elsewhere, or simply you admired something and you want us to offer so you get more for your money…

We love receiving these emails so much we want to take it a step further and give you a chance from time to time to pick one of our Steals, fun yeah?

All you need to do is "LIKE" the steal you love the most and the one with highest number of LIKES wins… If we have a close match we will bring the top couple :o)

Today's deal is SOLD OUT and I blew it! Can I still get it, or any other I saw on your site before?

Unfortunately, you did blow it. Once a steal is gone, it is gone. You need to act quickly to get these incredible steals. We will try to bring some of our most popular items as "Extended Steals". When the luck is on our side and are able to put our hands on the steal :o)

Do you accept returns? And what if a product arrives damaged?

No can do. Make sure you purchase with a purpose! Because we are a "deal of the day" site, we cannot accept returns. You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you have changed your mind. BUT of course if there is a problem with your order, let us know within three days so that we can make things right. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.

We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:

1. Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to [email protected]

2. Someone from DECORSTEALS will respond to you within 24 hours, letting you know how to proceed further.

****P.S: It's VERY important to save original *Damaged* item, original packaging & packaging material and contact us immediately****
Please note: Returns cannot be processed without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

I didn't get my email reminder until after the steal started, and now it's all sold out. What gives?

Our system is set up to send your email reminder at 10AM EST sharp. In order to let you know about the new Steal of the day. However, every mail provider is different in the way they scan for spam, and there may be other factors affecting the delivery time. These variances make it possible that the item is sold out before you get a chance to see it. The best way to ensure timely delivery is to add [email protected] to your safe senders list (contacts list). You also do not have to wait for the reminder to check the daily steal _ just head to our site at 10 AM EST!

What is the cost of shipping? Where and how do you ship?
Shipping within the 48, Contiguous United States is a flat $5 whether you buy a couch or a votive. It is always 5 bucks. We know it is AWESOME!

We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.

***You will *ALWAYS* get a tracking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive.

We know you are so excited to receive your order ASAP but please make sure to look for the processing time info at the bottom of the "Deal Highlights" tab. Also please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days... Sorry but that is the nature of our business and that is how we are able to offer you the "bestest" steals out there...

What are my payment options?

You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you get charged when you place the order and NOT when the item is shipped.

I have an item that I think would be perfect for DECOR STEALS.com to sell. How do I make that happen?

Great! We are always looking for new products. If you’ve got something that you think DECORSTEALS customers would love to own, we're interested in hearing about it. You can simply contact us and give us a lot of details of your item, wholesale pricing and photos. Now, do not come with your garage leftovers, we’re looking for quality goods only. Oh, and price is important. After all, we want to bring the "bestest" deals to our customers.
